Chicken with celery

  • 300 g roasted chicken fillet
  • 20 dag blue cheese
  • green lettuce
  • 5 stems of celery
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 6-8 lemon balm leaves
  • sugar
  • pepper
  • salt

Directions:

Wash the lettuce thoroughly, tear into bite-size pieces and pun in a bowl. Dice the meat and chop the celery in small pieces. Toss with meat and put in the bowl. Add crumbled blue cheese and balm leaves. Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice, season with sugar, salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the lettuce. Serve on a lettuce leaf arranged on a plate or in a glass cup. Garnish each serving with a rocket or basil leaf.
