The Alma Delicatessen is not just a store; it is a place from which one can embark on a fascinating journey into the world of culinary sensations. Here at Alma we have gathered delicacies produced using natural methods and traditional recipes, as well as contemporary flavour concoctions – delicacies which can make for a real surprise. Many of them can be had only at Alma. Over 3 .000 products were personally discovered by us: the fruit of master Italian cheese-makers, French vineyards, or exotic mountain slopes where unique coffees mature in the crystal clear air, before we, as their sole importer, bring them to Poland.
Other flavours were discovered closer to home – jam products and preserves of Galician townsfolk recipes, freshly baked bread whose taste we remember from childhood, and other excellent regional products. These flavours can be found in the Cracovian Cupboard (Krakowski Kredens) – our new product brand. The Cracovian Cupboard (Krakowski Kredens) ties into the greatest culinary traditions of Krakow’s affluent bourgeoisie at the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The products are made according to old recipes in small establishments located in Krakow and old Galicia. Now you too can try fragrant fruit preserves, mustards, aromatic meats and preserves, all prepared in keeping with the best recipes of Cracovian connoisseurs.
