The family owned company Seitenbacher was established in 1980 by Willi Pfannenschwarz out of a mill which was founded in the 16. century. The name Seitenbacher comes from a little River the „Seitenbach“ which drives the old mill wheel still today. From the beginning the main goal of Seitenbacher is to manufacture outstanding highest premium, all natural foods, wholesome in nutrition and very toothsome. The company is now located in Buchen in the Odenwald region in the north of the state Baden-Württemberg. A area which is known for its rural landscape and its traditional grain cultivation.
