Lamb Kofta in pita pockets

  • 500 g minced lamb meat
  • 1 teaspoon garammasala seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • pita breads
  • To serve: lettuce, tomato, yogurt

Directions:

Mix the minced meat with garammasala. Shape into small Kofta, grill on a grill pan for a few minutes. At the end sprinkle meat with honey in order to carmelize it. Toast the pitas, halve them and fill with Kofta, lettuce, tomatoes. Pour the yoghurt and serve immediately.
