History of a Passion. The Passion for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP of ”Acetaia Malagoli”, was born in 1968 when from the strength of a man from another time Malagoli Paolo and his wife Ida Pizzi, with the typical strength of a woman of Modena, was created 9 barrels of wood, the First Battery. It was born a boy, Guido, and it is Tradition in Modena that when a child borns in a Family, the Dad buys a battery that will be the gift for his wedding.

When my daughter Guya was born, I bought the barrels that will be her wedding gift ..

When my nephew will be born .. more barrels will be located in “Acetaia”…

Juniper, Oak, Chestnut, Cherry, Acacia, Oak, Chestnut, Acacia, Oak. Using Must of grapes grown and cooked from us with calibrated density old work, appears the  'Black Gold" of  Modena. As time increases the passion and desire to grow, the barrels become 335. Besides these we also deal with other condiments and products to complete the line. With our Must, which exceeds the production of Balsamic Vinegar, we produce a limited quantity of “Good and Fine wine” that we drink at home with a few friends.
