Dariusz Kacprzyk

He graduated, among others. The Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw also studied at the Warsaw School of Economics at the Faculty of Internal Trade and Services. In his professional career he has held high positions as President of the Management Board (eg MCX Telecom Sp. Z oo, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego) as well as as Managing Director (mBank d. BRE Bank SA, Bank PEKAO SA, Bank BPH SA) supervisors of many companies including PZU SA, GPW SA, and also served as chairman of the Supervisory Board of TFI BGK. He has extensive multi-dimensional banking experience, extensive experience in managing the organization and capital groups, including the preparation and implementation of strategic changes. He worked on the preparation and implementation of many (often pioneering) projects for financing businesses and local governments, including in cooperation with international financial institutions, such as the EIB, EBRD.

 

Zbigniew Wąsowicz

He graduated from Cracow University of Economics at Cracow University of Economics, where he obtained a master's degree. During his professional career he worked in such companies as PZU Życie SA, PGNiG SA as the branch director, PKP SA as the chief specialist in the Department of Finance and Accounting. To date I have been working in TVP S.A. as the main specialist in the Procurement and Public Procurement Office, where he is responsible for the organization and participation in purchasing processes, he is also a member of the implementation team of the electronic purchasing system responsible for preparing the Regulations for the provision and parameterization of the system in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.

 

Janusz Panek

Janusz Panek works as a legal advisor. In 1978 he completed his law studies at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Gaining the title of Master of Laws. Due to the diversity of activities performed or the functions I perform, I specialize in criminal, civil and administrative law and commercial law and labor law. Much of the experience is in the field of cooperative law. During his professional career he worked as a liquidator and at a later stage as the President of the Management Board in the Housing Cooperative "Ziemi Krakowska". He also worked for the district prosecutor's office for Krakow Krowodrza, Myślenice and Cracow Podgórze.

 

Stefan Szostak

Ukończył Wydział Budownictwa Lądowego Politechniki Krakowskiej im. Tadeusza Kościuszki w Krakowie. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywał na stanowiskach inżyniera budowy, projektanta a także specjalisty do spraw inwestycyjnych. Pełnił funkcję Prezesa Zarządu  w Biurze Projektowo-Badawczym Budownictwa Przemysłowego BUDOSTAL oraz WBP Zabrze Sp. z o.o. Od 1996 roku piastuje funkcję Prezesa Zarządu – Dyrektora Generalnego w Polimex Engineering Sp. z o.o. Należy do Polskiego Związku Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa, Małopolskiej Okręgowej Izby Inżynierów Budownictwa, w latach 1991-1995 pełnił funkcję V-ce Prezesa Zarządu Przemysłowo Handlowej Krakowskiej Izby Budowlanej. Ma doświadczenie w nadzorowaniu i kierowaniu robotami budowalnymi. Posiada szeroką praktykę w zakresie zarządzania firmami zajmującymi się realizacją procesu inwestycyjnego w zakresie przygotowywania dokumentacji projektowej, zarządzania realizacją w formie Construction i Project Management, nadzoru inwestorskiego, nadzoru bankowego w budownictwie przemysłowym, ogólnym i infrastrukturalnym. Zdobył wiedzę i praktyczną umiejętności przygotowania ofert przetargowych, ma również wysoko rozwinięte zdolności negocjacyjne ze szczególnym naciskiem na negocjowanie warunków kontraktów, przygotowywaniu umów kontaktowych, wycen robot, przygotowywaniu harmonogramów realizacji.

 

Mieczysław Gil

Mieczysław Gil graduated from the Faculty of Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering in Cracow. Until the end of 2004, he worked in Huta im. Lenin (now T. Sendzimir Steelworks). In August 1980 he participated in the strike, was a spokesman for strikers at the Martenowska Steel Plant. From September 1980 he was a member of the board of the Steel Workers' Committee (KRH), and since March 1981 the chair of the Solidarity Trade Union (KRH) has been chairing the Solidarity. He also held the chairmanship of the board of Małopolska Solidarity. In 1981, after the introduction of martial law, he presided over the strike in the Huta im. Lenin. After pacification, he was arrested and sentenced to four years imprisonment, released as a result of amnesty at the end of 1983. Due to a ban on returning to work until 1989, he remained from farming. He continued his activities in the underground "Solidarity". He participated in the Round Table, took part in the work of the economic and social affairs team. In 1989 he was recruited in Huta im. Lenin, the leader of KRH NSZZ "Solidarność". From 2003 to 2011, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Education and Training Center in Cracow, and in 2006-2011 he was the advisor to the President of the Industrial Development Agency. In the years 1998-2002 he served as a councilor of the Parliament of the Malopolska Region. Member of the Sejm X and I, chairman of the Parliamentary Parliamentary Club. In the Sejm of the 10th tenure he worked in the Committee on Internal Affairs and Administration, and in the Sejm of the First Term, in the Committee on Economic and Industrial Affairs. Since 2007 he has been a member of the Kirche in Not Board (Helping the Church in Need). In 2011 he won the senate mandate of the eighth term, where he worked in the Senate Infrastructure Group. Committed with the Commander Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Cross of Freedom and Solidarity.

 

Jacek Nowosad

Jacek Nowosad has a university degree in Economics - graduated from Management Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved in business development consultancy. He has many years of experience in the real estate market working as an advisor for Polish and foreign retailers. During his career he participated in many investment projects. Since 2014, connected with Leroy Merlin Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., where he currently works as Regional Project Manager. He completed several training courses in management, negotiation in business, human resources management. From 07.2017 he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Paradise Group Sp. with o.o
