Management Board of Alma Market SA publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of Alma Market SA On 15 November 2016 the year:


1. Jerzy Mazgaj and Barbara Mazgaj - 2 788 500 votes, ie. 57.50% of votes at the EGSM and 35.03% of the total number of votes,


2. IPOPEMA 2 Closed Investment Fund non-public assets - 1 060 000 votes, ie. 21.86% of votes at the EGSM and 13.31% of the total number of votes,


3. OFE PZU "Golden Autumn" - 796 100 votes, ie. 16.41% of votes at the EGSM and 10.00% of the total number of votes.
