The fulfillment of the condition relating to the conclusion of the conditional agreement

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. with registered seat in Kraków (the "Company") hereby announces that on 18th of March, 2016 the subsidiary company of the Alma Market S.A. (“Alma Development”) signed with Skarbiec Dochodowych Nieruchomości Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych (The “Investment Found”) with registered seat in Warszawa final sales agreement real estate which is located in Kraków at the Stańczyka street.


This means that the condition precedent is fulfilled lease agreement concluded between the “Company” and “Investment Found” dated on 15 March 2016 i.e. conclusion of the final sale agreement. The Company informs about a lease agreement in the current report dated 16 March 2016
(RB 06/2016).
