Board of Alma Market SA restructuring publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Alma Market SA the restructuring on January 4, 2017 year:

1. Jerzy Mazgaj and Barbara Mazgaj - 3 823 987 votes, ie. 64.87% of votes at the EGM and 48.03% of the total number of votes,

2. IPOPEMA 2 Closed Investment Fund non-public assets - 1 060 000 votes, ie. 17.98% of votes at the EGM and 13.31% of the total number of votes,

3. OFE PZU "Złota Jesień" - 796 100 votes, ie. 13.50% of votes at the EGM and 10.00% of the total number of votes.
