Change of the date of submission of the annual report and the consolidated annual report for 2016

The Management Board of ALMA MARKET SA has announced that it is changing its current reporting date (R) and the consolidated annual report (RS) for 2016 in the current report No. 14/2017.

These reports will be made public on March 21, 2017 (Tuesday) and not as reported by the company on March 16, 2017 (Thursday).
 
Legal basis:
§103 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by law not being a Member State (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
