Change of share in total number of shares

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA hereby announces that the Company has obtained a notification pursuant to Art. 69 Sec. 1 pt 2 in relation to Art. 87 sec. 1 pt 3 letter b) of the Act dated 29th of July, 2005, concerning the Law on public offerings, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and public companies from BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. with its registered seat in Poznań, with its content as below:
“pursuant to Art. 69, sec 1, pt 2 in relation to art. 87, sec. 1, pt 3 letter b) of the Act dated 29th of July, 2005, concerning the Law on public offerings, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, pos. 1539), BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. with its registered seat in Poznań, informs that, as a result of sale of the shares on 9th April, 2009, customers of the Company became holders of less that 5% of the total number of votes at Alma Market S.A.’s annual general meeting.
Prior to the above-mentioned share decrease, the customers of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. held 396,514 of the company’s shares, which constituted 7.30 % of the company’s share capital. This gave 396,514 or a 5.06 % share of the total votes at Alma Market S.A.'s annual general meeting.
On 9th April, 2009, there were 389,560 Alma Market S.A. shares in the managed securities accounts of BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. customers, which constituted 7.18 % of the company's share capital. This gave 389,560 or a 4.98 % share of the total votes at Alma Market S.A.'s annual general meeting.
At the same time, BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. informed that pursuant to art. 46, sec. 1, pt 1) of the Act on investment funds dated the 27th of May, 2004, (Journal of Laws No. 146, pos. 1546, and subsequent changes), BZ WBK AIB Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered seat in Poznań, authorized BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. to manage investment portfolioes of investment funds, whose body is Towarzystwo (hereinafter referred to as the “Funds”). With relation to the authorization mentioned above, this notice ought to take into account Alma Market S.A. shares, which are held by funds.”
