Board of Alma Market SA in restructuring (hereinafter: the "Company") announces that on 17 January 2017. obtained the information submitted by the administrator of the mass Sanacja the Company's application to the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście, VIII Commercial Division for bankruptcy and restructuring application for the consent to the conclusion of the lease agreement of an organized part of the Company including a team of tangible and intangible assets related to the commercial activity of the Company (the "lease Agreement"). The proposal provides for the conclusion of the lease agreement between the governor weight Sanacja Company and the company Alma Kraków Sp. o.o. based in Krakow - a subsidiary of Mr. Thomas Żarneckiego, for a period of 25 months from the date of its signing, and in the case of an arrangement with creditors - for a period of 12 months after the final termination of the rehabilitation proceedings conducted against the Company by approving the agreement. Subject of the lease is to be used for business operations of the same subject and character, which was carried out previously by the Company. Project Leases assumes the obligation of the lessee to pay paid a monthly rental fee and all costs related to the subject of the lease, including taxes, charges for the use wieczyte, rents, maintenance fees and service charges, insurance, etc., As well as the transfer of rights and responsibilities of labor relations with employees of commercial buildings comprising the organized part of the enterprise. The lease agreement involves the establishment of pre-emption rights in favor of the lessee components related to the subject of the lease. The lease agreement is to be concluded after and subject to the approval of the court pursuant to paragraph 129. 2 Restructuring Law in conjunction with Article. 139 paragraph. 1 Restructuring Law.
