List of shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on June 8th, 2015

The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. hereby announces to the public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% voting rights at the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting on June 8th, 2015:
1. Jerzy Mazgaj and Barbara Mazgaj – 3 716 729 votes, i.e. 57,63% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 46,69% of the total voting rights,
2. IPOPEMA 2 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych – 1 060 000 votes, i.e. 16,44% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 13,31% of the total voting rights,
3. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień” – 938 000 votes, i.e. 14,55% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders and 11,78% of the total voting rights,
4. Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty – 398 050 votes, i.e. 6,17% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders and 5,00% of the total voting rights, therein:
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Zrównoważony – 175 050 votes, i.e. 2,71% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders and 2,20% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Akcji Polskich – 155 000 votes, i.e. 2,40% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 1,95% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Małych i Średnich Spółek Rynku Polskiego – 19 000 votes, i.e. 0,29% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,24% of the total voting rights,
- Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Subfundusz Pioneer Stabilnego Wzrostu – 49 000 votes, i.e. 0,76% votes on Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting and 0,62% of the total voting rights.
