The Management Board of Alma Market S.A. hereby announces the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Alma Market SA on June 8th, 2015 within attached file.


Simultaneously the Management Board of Alma Market S.A. conveys to the public that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Alma Market S.A. on June 8th, 2014, has adopted a resolution on the removal Ms. Anna Dubiel from the Supervisory Board and a resolution on the appointment Mr. Andrzej Kardasiński for the Supervisory Board. Resume of newly appointed member of Supervisory Board is in the attached file.
