Dates of periodical reports in 2017

The Board of ALMA MARKET SA restructuring publishes the dates of periodical reports in 2017:

I. The term transfer Annual Report (R) and the consolidated annual report (RS) for 2016 years - 16 March 2017 (Thursday)

II. Date of transmission "extended" consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for the first quarter of 2017 years - May 18, 2017 (Thursday)

III. Date of transmission "extended" consolidated semi-annual report (PAS) for the first half of 2017 years - August 29, 2017 (Tuesday)

IV. Date of transmission "extended" consolidated quarterly report (QSr) for the third quarter of 2017 years - Nov. 14, 2017 (Tuesday).

Pursuant to § 101. 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state, quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2016 years and the second quarter of 2017 he will not be published.

Alma Market SA, the parent company of the group pursuant to § 83 of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information does not provide individual separate quarterly and half-year. It shall include consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information ( "extended" consolidated quarterly reports) and the consolidated semi-annual report of the reproduced unconsolidated condensed half-year financial statements ( "extended" consolidated semi-annual reports).

The report is published in accordance with: § 103 sec. 1 of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws. Laws of 2009 no. 33, item. 259 as amended. d.).
