2011 financial reports timetable

The Board of Directors of ALMA MARKET SA hereby reports that during year 2011 financial reports will be published on the following dates:

I. Consolidated quarterly reports  (QSr):

1st quarter 2011 – 16th May 2011 (Monday)

3rd quarter 2011 – 14th November 2011 (Monday)

Pursuant to the Paragraph 101.2 and 102.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of consideration of information required by the law of non-member country as equal, dated 19 February 2009, quarterly reports  for 4th quarter 2010 and for 2nd quarter 2011 will not be published.

II. “Extended” consolidated report for 1st half 2011 (PSr) – 30th August 2011 (Tuesday).

III. Stand-alone financial report (R) and consolidated financial report (RS) for 2010 – 21th March 2011 (Monday).

Alma Market S.A., the dominant company of the group, pursuant to the Paragraph 83 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information does not publish separate stand-alone quarterly and half-year reports. Consolidated quarterly reports including quarterly financial information (“extended” consolidated quarterly reports) and consolidated half-year reports including shortened stand-alone half-year financial statements (“extended” consolidated half-year reports) are being published.

The report has been published pursuant to the Paragraph 103.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of consideration of information required by the law of non-member country as equal, dated 19 February 2009 (Dz. U. z 2009 r. nr 33, poz. 259).
